The small print
These apply to everything you leave with us, whether you book online or hand it over at the counter. They are the same terms printed on your ticket.
We clean every garment following the care label sewn into it.
If an item has no care label, or the label is missing or unreadable, we will clean it following your advice or using our own experience. These items are cleaned at the owner’s risk, and we cannot take responsibility for any damage.
We cannot take responsibility for:
Silk ties are also cleaned at the owner’s risk.
If an item is damaged or lost while it is in our care, the most we will pay is five times the cleaning price, up to a maximum of £150.00.
Please check your items when you get them back. Any problem must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of collecting them from us or of them being delivered to you.
